I know it sounds like a typical answer, but I love being with my family. We don't get together too often, so it makes the holidays more special.
ReplyDeleteWatching my nieces and nephew opening their presents. They take all their presents in one area of the living room. Then they start ripping into them. Paper is flying everywhere. lol. Also spending time with my family.

Hi Anne! I can't believe the holidays almost here! We should start it all earlier but the tree won't last here with the cats :) There's one quote I love of Jane Austen's and thats “Ah! There is nothing like staying at home, for real comfort.” And thats what I love, being home with my two children visiting and we have a blast together, talking, laughing and just love to watch National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation! We watched it so many times, that we might go for a comedy we didn't see yet. So its just the comfort of being home. Love it. You too have a beautiful holiday with your family Anne.

ReplyDeletemy favorite thing about Christmas is how my 4 daughters are extra well behaved at least till the 26th =)
ReplyDeletereginamayross@gmail.com
For me it would have to be a 50/50 of turning the lights off or on low in the living room and admiring the Christmas lights strung up the stairs and on our tree, and the other is enjoying Christmas music.

My favorite part of Christmas is after dinner when the family and friends(whoever can make it) are sitting around and just catching up with each other since the family can be rather scattered throughout the country.
ReplyDeleteGood friends, good food then good conversation,Nothing is as good as it.

Getting to see my daughter. She and her soon-to-be husband (May 5th!!) live very far away and as a grad student she is busy morning to night. When she comes home, I know she is eating and sleeping.
ReplyDeleteMy fav part is Christmas dinner, when everyone is eating and bickering, reminiscing, and fighting over food :) Ahh good times LOL
ReplyDeleteHappy Holiday's!!!

My favorite thing about Christmas is seeing the expressions on my sons' faces when they get up and see what Santa has brought them, their excitement is contagious and it makes me smile.
ReplyDeleteHanging out with family and friends--especially since we don't always make enough time to do that during the rest of the year. It's a blast getting to catch up and eat together :) Thanks for the holiday hotties, Anne!
ReplyDeleteI love watching my family open gifts and then having a nice dinner together.
