I have a new release coming soon. This one is a part of the Silverlake series (a standalone novella).
“Do you have feelings for me?” He held his breath, unsure what he’d do if she said no.
Her head shot up and her brows scrunched together. “You mean like…sexual feelings?”
He dropped his hand to his side. It was that or grab a handful and tug until she was plastered against him. “Yeah,” he answered. “Sexual feelings.”
“I-I won’t lie,” she stammered, her gaze lifting to meet his. “I thought I was completely over you. I thought I could go out with you, then walk away smiling.”
“But?”
“But I was fooling myself,” she groaned.
